I’ve always found foxes to be enchanting animals, with their beautiful red coats and elegant form. I wanted to do a sculpture a bit
different from most others. I knew foxes frequently stand erect on their hind legs as the listen for a rustle in the grass, prepared to
pounce on their prey. Thus, this sculpture was created with that image in mind.
